Hey! I’m doing good. The way I became a tricker was by watching videos of other people tricking and flipping, and trying to copy and learn from what I saw. I taught myself what I saw other people doing. You can start with some basics like backflip, frontflip and sideflip on a trampoline. To safely progress to these you can practice controlled jumping, back drops, stomach drops and seat drops. To reduce chance of injury, you can use and mat or padding so you can land safely.
