How often do you work out? How do you motivate yourself to work out?
Hey Olenka those are good questions! I work out 5 days a week. Most of that consists of weight lifting.
For your other question, seeing the changes my body has had, the changes working out has done to my mood positively and how much better my body feels because of it is what motivates me. The more consistent you are the easier it becomes because it turns to a habit.
